Ran a big negative split (6:20/5:45) felt really good on that last mile, definitely could have gone faster but I was going real conservative on that first mile.

Easy quick workout due to the PT test possibly tomorrow, if the weather isn't too bad.

Still sick but getting better. PT test is Wednesday now. I had to postpone it last week. Ran fairly easy, Army PT, warm this morning.

And here's a pro tip: If you crave monster hill running that doesn't stop, I highly recommend training area B along I-25 on Fort Carson. It'll keep your heart pumping!
