First ever? That means a PR!

Heat is a worthy adversary Adam. One that will always win.

      Great job on your accomplishment.

      You should be proud.

Congrats on your first half marathon!!! My finish time for my first half was about the same and I was thrilled because I didn't even think I would finish :) :) Your times will improve and you have a lot to be proud of - losing the weight, becoming a runner and pushing through heat and dizziness to finish your first half. Well done!

Nice running, Adam! I would say you will kill 2 hours unless it's like 100 degrees or something :) Racing and training are two different animals.

Nice little run after my 6 yesterday before my 13.1 tomorrow. Love this training for half marathon stuff. Also did the WOD from the crossfit mainsite this morning. It was a nice little thing.

  5. PR'd my 5K yesterday in a race for the Human Society in Weirton, WV yesterday. My goal was to be able to run a sub 25 min 5K this year. My previous race best was at the turkey trot in novemb... read more
