Legs felt pretty good today but had trouble keeping my heart rate low-ish. (Although I don't think HRM data is correct - there's no way in hell it was as high as it's showing. Could be the A&D ointment (so I don't chafe from the strap) throwing things off! Got my FIRST pedicure afterwards!
