    Finally a sunny day. Ran 5 miles and ended up at the Tosa Farmers' Market. Picked up some veggies and walked 1 mile home.

      My first thought is you could have a bit of a "heel whip" - one of your feet turn outward when you run. That wouldn't normally affect shorter runs but could cause negative effects over longer distances. You may be able to fix that with motion control shoes, concentrating on your stride to mitigate it and/or stretching tight muscles. Take it easy this week and I'll take a look at your stride on Sunday. Keep me posted on how you're feeling!

      Thanks, Tim! Another running friend of mine suggested the same thing. I tried to concentrate on that while I was running yesterday. But I'm not sure I knew exactly what to look for. Appreciate your advice.
