    Not the best pace, but I kept it steady and felt great! I'm getting my grove back, slowly but surely!

    Really not pleased with pace these days, usually can get below 9:40 for a good mile, then hit a wall...hoping the next couple weeks brings me back into a regular pace! gotta get back below 9 minutes!
