Oh My what an awesome run along the lake front. :) Picture perfect day and great running conditions. I started off conservatively not knowing if my legs would be led or not. Legs were definitely tired but I had juice. I focused on speed burst and good form running. No major pain to the knee or the foot. Legs were tired but every time I turn on the gears legs just went. Fitness levels seem to be coming back. Slowly but surely I'm feeling more confident that things are coming together.
