    Good cardio. Calves were getting a little tight towards the end but still good. Gott get up to 5mph in two weeks. That's my goal.

    Did sprints today for the first time in forever. Def only did three sets - one lap sprint, on lap walk = one set. Yikes. But gotta start somewhere.

    Good easy cardio to gt my but back in the treadmill. Also did arms today. Also started the biggest loser competition with my bf. loser buys steaks to grill this weekend. He's going down!!

    Needed to relieve some serious work stress. So did some nice cardio with the music up loud. Also did legs and abs.

    5 min backwards, 10 forwards all with a resistance of 8. This is a nice cardio cool down after thirty minutes of boxing with magic mike.

    Easy run after mike kicked my ass with some boxing. I love boxing because I really feel it engaging my abs like the love handles are just melting off lol.
