    Trying to shake this chest cold for over a week now so the indoor runs have treated me well. Hit the sauna for an extra 15 min of sweat afterwards. did 5 x 15-20 sec at 12mph in mile 5

    x2 ab ripper for a quick 16 min ab workout and then .5 barefoot treadmill distance and 3.25 around town with some conservative pickups in mile 2. Time to see what I can do on my 800 tomorrow.
