      Sounds like a great experience! You're pace is usually so much faster, so running for over 3 1/2 hours is probably the longest time you've run all in one shot. Crazy! Even though I didn't run with you, thanks for pacing. Guys like you give us the boost many of us need to make it to the finish feeling strong.
