    great no head winds! nice and warm, but some jerk blurted something not so nice out his window at me, I met him at the red light ahead and I told him he was an earth wrecker... He didn't say anything.

    Awsome ride home beautiful weather, Major head wind, really stoked that I almost did it in 30 minutes with the head wind. It was a real push home.

    Good run my music was messing with my HRM, kinda disappointed, But overall great run, felt great, Need to concentrate more on my breathing rhythm to avoid cramping.
