    My second mile was barefoot, on the grass. Wow! What an AMAZING feeling to run barefoot. I hit a pokey and after that steered clear. So great.

    Feels so much better to run after a bike ride the previous day! The right fuel helps too.

    Went great! I pay a family member 50 cents every time she reminds me to do pushups and situps and does them with me. So far she has earned a dollar.

    This short distance felt hard today. Maybe not enough to eat in the morning, definitely never getting sleep with the baby.

    At gym focused on legs and abs, missed the stretching
    P.M. - 4 x 25 situps
    4 x 5 pushups (so hard to start over on pushups!)

    My daughter got into trouble for not listening, so this was a solo ride. I felt really good, really fast and really strong!

    I thought about doing a zumba class. Is it just me or do other people feel goofy even THINKING about taking a class...anyway, didn't do it. I lifted instead. Arrrg!
