    Pretty warm out here today. Plus during this run I was pretty much dehydrated, so when I got back I was really thirsty. I ran out of time again, so I only got in 8.

      that's a nice Monday run Andrew. Looks like a good one to me. If/when I bog down in the middle of a plan, my tendency is to bag the run...good for you keeping on going!
