    I ran at my goal pace until I accidentally pulled the safety cord and turned the thing off. The machine lost my time and distance and I lost my willpower and got off. I'll run more later.

    Still taking it easy. I was able to run quite a bit at the speed I was hoping for but had to slow down several times. This medicine makes me dizzy.

    I felt okay during the run, not so much afterward. I just started taking 3 new prescriptions and running didn't work out well for me. I got so sick!

    It went well considering the antibiotics and steroids I'm on... I should have added an inhaler to that cocktail. I did feel well enough to jog for a while but my chest hurt.
