    There were a few walking breaks, but I think this was a good run! My calves are still feeling super super tight though, oh and there was VERY strong wind!

    Yogalosophy again...for the sore win! Did walking lunges, abs and squats afterwards and may have over done it a bit!

    Hard, but good. My calves felt like the were rocks. I had to stop and stretch and walk a couple of times.

    I did the Yogalosophy DVD, it totally kicks my butt! Yoga pose, strength pose, and then pulsing the strength pose!
