Sadly not running the half marathon today, because I didn't train for it. Fortunately I now have my PhD finished and no excuse not to be running!
- Miles:
- 4297 total / 112 in 2012
- Goal:
Run a marathon in under 5 hours. Run a half in 1:45 but will settle for 1:50. Have fun with training and avoid an injury. Maybe qualify for Boston one day?
