Challenging Calisthenics
142 sit-ups and 18 push-ups.
Well, I've got Achilles tendonitis and won't be running for three to six weeks. So, I decided to try the 100 push-up/200 sit-up challenge again. (I sort of lost interest the first time I tried it.)
I figure it can be part of the cross training I do during the injury so as not to lose too much fitness. This was the initial test. Not too bad, I'd say.


Sorry about your tendonitis (ouch). Hope you make a speedy recovery. You've found a worthy substitute in the push-up sit-up challenge.
