about 1 month agoI asked a question at the race forum, you posted an answer that was a tremendous help, but I couldn't reply your answer. So here is a big THANK YOU!! I will take your words to the Hosptial Board of non-runners and let them know, from what looks to me, a very experienced runner. I started competing last year, so many things are important to me at a race. I have to take out the (I & me) and really find out what the audience would like to see at the event. That was a big help!
