45 minutes on the exercise bike at the gym. I still can't run, and I have a slight limp when I walk. But doggone it, I can pedal the exercise bike now if I keep it on the "easy" setting. It felt good to confirm that my heart is still beating.


Good for you. I always panic a little when I am told to sit still - afraid I will get stuck again on my behind...for good.
