Treadmill at the Gym

What to call this run? The idea was to lift weights today, so I make a lunchtime trip to the gym for that purpose. I get on the treadmill to warm up for that. But I sort of didn't want to stop running after two miles. And after 4 miles, I still didn't want to lift. I'll do some lifting at home after walking the dog this evening. Maybe.
