Easy pace run: Something just over three trail miles on the Virginia side of Pine Mountain. Today should have been a cross training day. But dang it, I wanted to run! Trail running feels different enough from road or track running that it's a kind of cross training ..... right? Ran 15:34.24 on the way up and 11:48.33 on the way back down. Someone has done quite a bit of work to clear blown down trees and such on this trail; that makes it considerably faster.
