Exercise Bike at the Gym

Aerobic Cross Training: 60 minutes on an exercise bike. Today was much too nice a day to be working out indoors! But it's a cross training day, and I was too lazy to get my bike rack on the car this morning. So I didn't have my "real" bicycle with me.


Great cross training workout. You'll have plenty of days to get out and enjoy the weather.
