    Pace is slower than I would like, but it'll get faster. I'm pleased that I made it the full 3.5 miles without walking and, while it wasn't easy, I felt pretty good throughout the entire run.

    Nice run, did a decending pace for each mile - mile 5 was at about 8:57 pace. It was hard, but felt good.
