    3 miles on grassy field at 9pm. Felt really comfortable and easy. No complications. Barely breathing. Hamstring didn't feel sore.

    An awesome stair workout! It was super hot but went well. 1.5 miles around track total. .75 miles of stairs. Hard but not too hard. Hamstring still feeling a bit fatigued.
