  12. Hmmmm... How the heck am I going to train for the Bmore hills here in Myrtle Beach?!?!? Used to run parking garages, but this time of year it's way too dangerous!!! Any suggestions?

      I was thinkin of doing the bridge in barefoot that we did the St. Patrick's 10K on. Run over hard, jog back, repeat. lol

      oooh yeah that "hill" kicked my butt. Well, it was my first real run post baby, so the whole thing kicked my butt.....but yeah that would be a good option! how is traffic over there? There were sidewalks, right? I need a full time babysitter for this training business, haha

      Do you guys remember that teeny teeny tiny incline when u came off ocean blvd going onto Hwy 17 in the MB Marathon (maybe around mile 9)? That was a hill in this area AHHH HAHA?!?! Maybe once they open the Main Street Connector in August we will have a good training hill! Dr. Troxell told me they are trying to organize a race the day of the opening of the bridge! Oh, and there is talk of a NMB Half Marathon in Jan (the day of the NMB 15K).....AND a MB IRON MAN in the works AHHH!

      hahaha yes I know exactly what you are talking about. Did you see the half marathon in Conway in November? A MB Ironman would be the sh*t, it would be highly popular as there are NO HILLS!!!! flat and FAST!

  15. Great 5.5 mile run yesterday!This was great considering I was sick all weekend. Yup I was in bed at 8:30pm of the 4th...fireworks and all!

    Run was fantastic considering I was on a treadmill! It is nice to jam out to tunes once in a while and that is what kept me going.
