    My asthma is taking rather well to the cool weather though I am feeling some constriction. Incidentally, it increases the overall exertion level which bestows a greater runner high. Win.

      Woo! Less wheezing!!

      I certainly won't miss the running nose but the cold, dry air exacerbates my asthma symptoms. I'm determined to win this winter though; it'll be my first outside running winter and it'll be awesome, damn it!

      Same here! Last year I got in a few runs in the snow before getting injured... I LOVE running outside in the winter. It is awesome. Can't wait!!!! Although here in VA it is much warmer than in WI. (I grew up near Milwaukee, so I know what y'all go through Nov-April)

      You should make it into a game. First see how many people you can run through with a spear while cycling, then try and beat that record. You'll be either an Olympian or arrested before you know it!
