it coming...the great HOT. I thought I'll cheat on The Great Hot by going out 1h before my usual workout time but it was already there..
I tried to escape but there are not much shade you can find.
I came back wet like a wet dog and did my 15 min for abs and I felt less stupid for being tricked by The Great Hot.
Do you have any good tricks for the hot weather? (ok, running at 5am is not a trick, if you think you're so smart think again..running at 5am, ha ha ha).
