It's raining outside and I promised myself to give my foot a day off
so I put music on and did
15 min workout for legs (leg sculptor)
15 min workout for abs (ab blast)
15 min workout for arms (arm definer)
... and I feel much better now ( though my push ups are really miserable)
To cheer me up after push ups I ordered new shoes (saucony jazz 15).
I'm such a woman.
