Nice easy miles to start the day. Was monitoring heart rate and not pace this run. 119, 128, 130, 135, 138, & 142 bpm. Pace 9:23, 9:00, 9:16, 8:57, 8:54, 8:57. Pretty even for not looking at pace. Low mileage week was the plan. Next week will be back up again.

    Great job!! I have a reduced mileage week next week. Sometimes it is hard for us to hold back when we want to push forward, but it really does pay off. Awesome pacing too....

    Way to go Ted. I plan to get wired up with the HM tomorrow myself. I think it helps to keep things more on the easy side and kind of let you know where you're at in training.
