With the completion of the Shamrock 1/2 Marathon, I'll be training up for the Marine Corps Marathon. Being a former Marine, it was a no-brainer for my 1st!

      It's a tough decision to make! We've missed you! Hope you can stay healthy and happy but I still think you're too good of a runner to give it completely up. And trust me, you're better off leaner! Just sayin'!
