    Easy 3 miler with several striders. Beautiful day, although quite a strong headwind at times.

    Ran across town from the Asheville bus depot. This is the last long run until next weekend. 1st 4 felt great, but due to the many hills the last 2-3 were really a struggle. I think the last mile I ran at 9min pace - feeling weary!
