  5. short run/jog/workout 2.24 mi

    Short run/jog/walk and my 4x400 meters around the school area. Heel pain is still bugging me a bit, but no worries. No run till Saturday.

    Ran my last long mile on the schedule. Tapering for LA now. Just taking it easy due to my right heel bothering me a bit. After a mile no more pain. Midday runs worked perfect. Headwind 50% of the route. Whey protein after.
