tired Ugly Recovery Run 7.92 km 00:50 10:03 pace

I wanted to get in a few easy KM since I've been REALLY sore from Hockey on Thursday night. Ironically since I was so sore/tight in my back/glutes/groin/calves/etc. it was almost impossible to get moving at any great speed anyway. At the 4km mark, everything but my back had loosened up, and it finally relaxed near then end of the run, talk about running through a rough patch! No worries, it's in the books, I've iced everything down in the hopes that I'll be feeling better tomorrow.
