    Better than yesterday. Didn't have to sit as much. I think the mental state being better really helps. BIKRAM BIKRAM. i think I have to write a song... day 2/10

    ROUGH ROUGH ROUGH. Closest I've come to leaving a class. It was a real possibility in my head, but I couldn't let myself or Warren down. I rallied in the last 30 min. 1/10

    I went in with a better attitude. When it got rough, I said "Calm" and "Strong" to myself. Kind of worked.

    Bikram day 3 this week. Felt good for the first hour then kind of watching the clock. Kept trying. Did all of the standing poses.

    Wow! There's really no rhyme or reason. I ran today and felt great doing my Bikram and Monday I ran and felt like death. But anyhoo. Day 2 of the week. Tomorrow, noon, here I come.

    I completed my goal 10 Bikram Yoga classes in 10 days!! Thinking now i will do 6/7 days for the next 20, which works out to 17 classes in the next 20 days. BOOYAH. Who wants to join me?

      It's the 1.5 hour of Hot Yoga right? We did some free classes on Saturdays. I really enjoyed it. It was tough though, especially with so many people in the room.
