(Insert complaints here). Was very tired and stiff from circuit training but went anyway. Was so worried about legs and actually forgot to eat so ran on empty stomach. Hard. Had planned 21 but only went 18, and walked most of last 3. Oh well. One short run next weekend and then the marathon. Not feeling too confident about it at this point.


I bet you won't run on an empty stomach again. That must have been torture.
9 months agoYou're going to do FINE! You're doing RnR, right? It's going to be great. You're just going through Taper Madness and it's totally normal. I promise! I'll have to get together and run with you sometime.
You learned some lessons today...you ran underfueled and you were tired. But you won't be in a few weeks! It's going to rock! It's also going to roll! (Or so I hear, at least.)
