      Bill it was at Bridle Trails in Kirkland they had a 5 mile, 10 mile, 50K relay and 50K solo. Chris I can't believe I missed you yet again. I saw Laura H at the finish table taking times but that's the only person I recognized. I did the 10 with Sally.

    Strength workout with lots of legs and shoulders- wall walks, planks, monkey bars, step-ups with weights, wall sits, etc. We upped the difficulty on the monkey bars and I'm struggling again.

      These videos are so funny because they are so true. If we can't laugh at ourselves then we are just sad. :) Things went upside down for me 2 weeks ago and 2012 is not going to be the year I had planned. I'm still trying to make the mental adjustment but I'm back on DM so I'm trying. Hope you are doing well!
