Nice run with my husband! He doesn't enjoy the walk breaks so we ran straight through. It was tough, but I can tell the leg workouts are helping. My legs felt stronger!

Tried to make this a slower run to work myself back in there and take it easy on the legs. I was kinda hard to keep my pace slower with the nice weather and the excitement of being out running.
