      Sorry to hear this Peter - I haven't had an MRI done so can't say, but from what others have had done, 3-4 days seems about right. Hope you figure things out.

  8. Setting up the road bike on the trainer tonight. Possibly fluid in my ankle, scheduling an MRI now. At least a week more with no running, thankfully I can at least try the bike out.

      That's good its not a stress fracture! You will find something you can do! I managed to, it was slow at first and I wanted to sit on my butt and feel sorry for myself...but I finally came back and now I think I am stonger and BETTER of course lol!
