    Warm up mile then a 3 half mile intervals and a .75 mile interval. Good stuff...just a bit of lamenting that my interval pace used to be my marathon pace. Hmmm...it's coming back.

    Got in a couple miles at lunch. New allergy medication is helping to be able to do something vs nothing. Bit of asthma right now but nothing too bad. Happy to get out for a bit.
