Nice social outing apart from the flat which didn’t seem to spoil the day at all. Bonus too avoiding the rain.

We need a proper cold snap to prime those trees for Spring, 26 - I think that we used to call it winter? Whatever, it may have been blustery and rainy this week, but not cold as yet - one frost here, I think so far. I'm glad of the temperate weather on the track, of course, but on the cusp of December, we need more appropriate weather than the 9deg we ran in yesterday evening in shorts and tee.

Gloomy out there at this time of year, 26, with more gloom to come over the next few weeks - make sure that you all keep your lights twinkling and your hi-viz/reflective gear to the fore.

Nice scenic colours still around in the countryside at this time of year. Great to take a variable route around familiar lanes. Sounds good.
