Great job getting miles in & throwing down a double digit number! I was planning a nice run yesterday too & got sidetracked by spending the full day in the hospital. Perhaps you ran a few for me :)
And Rob is embarrassed enough...try not to pester him too much too soon. Let him heal up first - at least until the tear in his esophagus due to vomiting for 5 hours has healed! He's allergic to something and that caused him to choke. Also, he needs to take smaller bites. Thanks for the concern, regardless :

Thanks Jeremy.
Kelsey - Thanks. I don't think that Rob's ever been one to take small bites of anything in life. He'll have to figure out a way to make his esophagus wider instead... I believe that there is a photo of him with a Dole fruit cup can completely inside his mouth... Hopefully, a test can determine the allergy too. Maybe, that's most important...?13 days ago • Like

I've decided not to run tonight due to slight freezing fog and my need to clean before visitors tomorrow. I know, I'm being lame, especially after last night. I will try to run on Sunday.

I just found out that the F^3 Lake Half Marathon is sold out. I feel like such an idiot for waiting to register. I'm quite upset.

Watch Craig's list / ebay... I have seen many folks get injured or move, etc, etc and sell their numbers. When a friend of ours sold one to our sister, we paid a small fee to the race to change the name to hers, but overall we broke even on an entry fee. Good luck.
