After two weeks of missing 2 of my 3 runs I was a little worried about how much I had regressed in my training. It's amazing to me how much of this is mental and before I started today I knew I wanted to push hard in order to see what I could still do. I am happy with how it went and I ran almost all of the 2 miles with only 2-3 1 min walks. Life is heading back into routine so I should have no excuse to miss any runs for the time being. It felt good to push it. On a sad note there were no bunnies to report today. Look for me to be back at it on Wednesday!
