The drive home with the car's gauge cluster reading 100 degrees did not set me in a mood to go outside and sweat my butt off. I swear when I thought about getting ready to go my knees started to hurt as if to add another reason not to go out.
But I went out and did it anyway! The past few workouts have been tough and I haven't always stuck to the training so I knew today I had to.

I felt exhausted afterwards but I stuck with it. I did see one rabbit and one LARGE snake...the seconds loop I saw the rabbit again, but no snake. I am not looking forward to Wednesday's 10/3/10!


Awesome for you for going even though you didn't want to. That is really the hardest part!

Keep it up! Have you tried running in the mornings before work? I'm not a morning person at all, but I gave it a shot. It's so much cooler out, and it frees up your evenings.
