    Guessing on the number of push ups here, ~22. I just did as many as I could...rested, and did some more. As of this morning I can still use my arms, I hope this stays true through out the day!

      Keep it up! Have you tried running in the mornings before work? I'm not a morning person at all, but I gave it a shot. It's so much cooler out, and it frees up your evenings.
