I'm trying to balance being an endurance athlete and a strength athlete at the same time.... I need to get more miles in on the treadmill so I will be ready for some long runs when the weather finally gets better. Working hard on lifting heavier; I've succeeded in doing heavier weights this week. Hoping to do that tomorrow with bi's and tri's...those will be much harder!


Where have you been? I figured you did the body building comp and then was DONE. Glad to see you back, you were missed! Don't start too much all at once. Be kind to yourself! :)
