Decided to run at lunch so I could get home early tonight. Tons of runners out on the Centennial Trail at noon which was cool. Felt good so ran fairly fast even during my warmup and recovery, but slowed a bit for the cooldown.

7 minute warmup 2 x [5 x (1 minute ~3:40-50/K pace - 1 minute 4:30/K) - 1 minute extra recovery between sets] - 10 minute cool down 37:40 total
