good Bloomsday Hills and back to work 16.2 km 01:14 07:21 pace

Good run. Ran over to the Bloomsday route from work, followed the route from Riverside through Doomsday, and then headed back to my office. Pushed the pace on the hills and Doomsday in particular. Ran fast, but wasn't able to muster the pace I did for Bloomsday. Cracked at the top of Doomsday and had to run at recovery pace for a few miles, but bounced back at the end for a strong finish.
