Call me a Flobberworm* for not waking up at 5 AM for today's running practice. Started at 6.45 on today's route. Met couple of people in between. Shorten the route and forgot where it was suppose to end. Coconut water as post run drink and took auto back to home, and saw Sohambhai and others returning.

Flobberworm I'm for sure by looking at Pace too ;)

Its surprising tht you still ran after waking late.I generally prefer staying in bed after missing alarm :)

The other option which me n harsh prefer after late night work is to stay awake till the run n sleep till evening after that.obviously that applies on saturday nights only!

Weekdays are more difficult to run for me from this year - son's school has odd (ie morning) time :)

@Dhruv, that is some commitment! My running performance suffers when I am sleep deprived.:) @Kartik -your training schedules in evenings on weekdays is great because run after an active day is more demanding. It surely builds more endurance.

Oh, I forgot to mention that I'm lazy. No one can have (or afford) 2 PM to 4 PM sleep everyday like me ;)
