I wasn't sure if it was good idea to do 10K after not having sound sleep. But, yeah, it is Saturday and I can enjoy noon nap!

Highways are not safe! Try running in park itself. You can run clockwise for sometime and anticlockwise remaining time. This way you will balance the impact and will not get bored to some extent!
