Dear Blisters,
I know you were planning on forcing me to sleep in this morning, to baby you and not run today. TOO BAD. I slapped a bandaid on you, threw on my new injinji socks, laced up my shoes (a little painfully, thanks for that) and headed out. For five minutes you complained and throbbed, but after that you shut right up. I got my 4 miles in, whether you wanted me to or not.

Way to go, KATE! From where I come from, I call it a plaster, not bandaid! Haha...

A plaster! what an awesome word... I love when places have different words for things; I remember when I moved to Maryland from Wisconsin I was confused as to why no one knew what a "bubbler" was (drinking fountain)

They actually feel pretty good, Vee! They hurt a bit but they're healing up nicely. Taping them yesterday definitely helped.

I bought these little bandaid like things for blisters that worked well after Marine Corp. It healed pretty quick after using them. Glad to see you back and running.
