Ouch!! I ran on the treadmill with my shoes on for 17 minutes and then ran the last .3 with no shoes on - big mistake! It was hot and gave me huge blisters on the bottoms of my feet. :( Ouch!! Just fyi, outside is best. TM's are not so great because you have no real control over the machine.

yeah, most treadmills generate way to much heat for comfortable barefooting, especially at the END! Hope the blisters heal quickly.
