Laps on laps on laps. PDR for me - never been over 5k before! Took a while but having music definitely made it seem shorter.

    I totally love my swim mp3 player! It's a waterproofed ipod shuffle with waterproof headphones - I'd definitely recommend it. I don't know how I'd get through these long swims otherwise!
