Hammered out 30 min at my "sweet spot" heart rate - LT - 10bpm. Still a little under the weather, but happy with this pace.

tired "Sweet Spot" brick part 1 17.2 mi 01:00 17.2mph pace
Still not feeling 100% but did this brick anyway. Couldn't keep HR where I wanted it for the tempo segment (168 was the goal, ended up being 162) but otherwise a good effort. Was nice to get outside!

Nope :( I graduated in December! But I'll hopefully be visiting in the spring a bit (for cycling/running/seeing friends) and then I'll be back in the summer for races!

Congratulations on graduating! That is awesome. Sorry we didn't get together before you left. Maybe I will see you this summer. I plan to do at least one of the Walnut Creek triathlons and a few other things.
Take care,

Thanks John! Yeah hopefully we will see each other at races this summer. I'm doing Monticelloman in May and the Cville Sprint in June! And I might come volunteer for the Int'l, not sure. :)
